Detailed terms

Review each section before enabling production usage.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern your use of Anchrix services, including the web app, API endpoints, and related support channels.

  • If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
  • Order forms, plan pages, and signed agreements may include additional commercial terms.
  • Continued use after an update effective date means acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account eligibility and security

You are responsible for account credentials, workspace membership, and role assignment hygiene for your team.

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep contact details current.
  • Protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Remove or downgrade access for members who no longer require privileged actions.

3. Acceptable use

Anchrix may only be used for lawful business purposes and in ways that preserve platform integrity and reliability.

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls in the product.
  • Do not use the service to process prohibited, fraudulent, or sanctioned activity.
  • Do not upload malicious payloads or data intended to damage systems or mislead review workflows.

4. Customer compliance obligations

Anchrix provides workflow tooling; customers are responsible for defining policy controls that match their regulatory context.

  • Validate policy logic, disposition procedures, and approval governance before production use.
  • Ensure your use of payout rails and counterparties complies with applicable laws and contractual commitments.
  • Retain and review generated records according to your legal and internal retention requirements.

5. Data handling and confidentiality

We process customer data to provide requested services, maintain operations, and support security and reliability.

  • Each organization's access is logically scoped by organization identifiers and role checks.
  • You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of data submitted to Anchrix.
  • Use of personal data is also governed by the Privacy Policy and any signed data-processing terms.

6. Billing, fees, and plan changes

Paid features, usage limits, and billing cadences are determined by your selected plan or executed order form.

  • Fees are due according to the billing cycle associated with your account.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features after reasonable notice.
  • Plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations may affect access, limits, and retained feature state.

7. Service availability and modifications

We continuously improve the platform and may modify features, interfaces, and non-material workflows over time.

  • Planned maintenance, urgent fixes, and infrastructure events may cause temporary interruptions.
  • We may suspend access where necessary to protect platform security, integrity, or legal compliance.
  • Material deprecations are generally announced in advance through product or account notices.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

Anchrix and related product materials are owned by Anchrix and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

  • You retain ownership of your business data and uploaded content.
  • We may use de-identified and aggregated usage insights to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without additional compensation.

9. Warranties, disclaimers, and liability limits

The service is provided on an as-available basis, and liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Anchrix does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all regulatory outcomes will be met in every context.
  • You are responsible for independent review before executing high-risk or high-value payouts.
  • To the extent allowed by law, indirect, consequential, and special damages are excluded.

10. Suspension, termination, and effect

Either party may terminate according to applicable contract terms, and we may suspend access for security or legal reasons.

  • On termination, access to active services may be disabled after any applicable transition period.
  • Outstanding payment obligations and surviving legal provisions remain enforceable.
  • Export and retention options may depend on plan type, contract terms, and legal requirements.

11. Governing terms and notices

These Terms are interpreted alongside your governing commercial agreement and applicable law in your contracting jurisdiction.

  • Formal notices may be delivered through your account email or designated legal contacts.
